| How do I care for my Tshirt Laundry? |
| |
The tag says to wash your shirts in warm water, with like colors, inside out. If you have additional questions, check the tag before tossing the shirt in the washing machine. |
| So, if I sign up for your newsletter, what exactly will I get? |

Don't worry, we don't do the "spam" thing. We will simply send you an email every Tuesday with our new releases. You may occasionally receive promotional offers from us as well. When you sign up, you automatically get a coupon code for 20% off your first order. |
| Tshirt Laundry would make a great gift - how do I order a gift certificate? |
| |
Just click on the Gift Certificates tab and follow the steps. Electronic gift certificates are the only option available for purchase on our site, meaning we will email the gift certificate to the email address on your account. Just keep in mind all gift certificate sales are non-refundable. |
| What is the deal with the Reward Points? |

| What type of shirts do you use? |

All our designs are printed on 100% ring spun cotton shirts, which means they are soft and comfortable to wear. |
| Where do you print them? |
| |
Our print shop is located in the South Suburbs of Chicago. Go Sox! |

| How can I check on my order? |
| |
Log in to your account that you created when you purchased your shirt, and you can see where your items are in the order process. We try our best to process orders within two business days and ship them out. |
| What are the benefits of setting up an account? |
| |
There are actually quite a few. You can keep track of your reward points or check to see if your order has been processed and shipped. Your info will be in our system making future purchases quick and easy. |
| How do I create an account? |
| |
1) Click the 'My Account' link at the top right side of our site.
2) Click on Create Account.
3) Follow the prompts to set up your account.
You can view our Privacy Policy to see how your information is used. |
| I made a mistake on my order! How can I fix it? |

You can either Live Chat us, or simply email info@tshirtlaundry.com as soon as you notice your mistake, and we will fix it for you. Please note that once the order has begun processing or has shipped, it may no longer be editable. |

We offer a variety of payment options so you can get your new laundry. Tshirt Laundry accepts Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Tshirt Laundry Gift Certificates as payment. Our one-page checkout is quick and easy. |
| How do I know your site is secure? |

We take security seriously. Our site is secured and protected by VeriSign, which is the "Cadillac of Security Certificates" and one of the leading and most trusted SSL Certificate Authorities out there. Wondering what "SSL Certificate" even means? Basically an SSL Certificate "jumbles" your data as it is sent through the web, essentially protecting it from people who should not have access to it. |
| How do I redeem a gift certificate? |

It's easy! Once you receive your gift certificate, shop as you normally would, and enter the gift certificate number in the 'Apply Coupon/Gift Certificate' box during checkout. |
| What name will appear on my credit card bill? |

| Do you ship internationally? |

At this time, we only ship to locations in the United States, Australia, United Kindom, and Canada. But we have big dreams..... |
| How long will it take to receive my order? |
| |
It has been said that we have "Super Fast Shipping." We process orders quickly (within two business days) and ship them out. You can always check your account to see the status of your order. Don't forget - you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking information when your order has shipped. |
| How do I track my order? |
| |
Click the 'My Account' link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. If you choose to ship your package using First Class Mail or Priority Mail, you will receive an email with tracking information. |
| How will my order be shipped and how much will shipping cost? |
| |
Your package will be shipped via the USPS, and we have several options from which you can choose depending on when your shirts need to get to you.
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Just add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. |
| I never received my order, what should I do? |
| |
Don't worry - there are a few places you can check to get an update. First, check your account "My Account" to see if your items have shipped. The United States Postal Service is our primary carrier, and you can check to see if delivery has been confirmed. If you are still having problems, contact us at info@tshirtlaundry.com. |
| What if I need to return my TShirt Laundry? |

Why would you ever want to do that? Joking. If you need to return or exchange your items, you may do so within 30 days of the order shipment date. The item must be unwashed and unworn in order to receive a refund or store credit, as long as the purchased product was not noted as a clearance item. The process is simple:
- Log in to your account, using your username and password in the My Account section.
- In the Track Your Recent Orders section, click on the 'View Details' link for the order you would like to return or exchange.
- Once in the Order Details, click the 'Add New RMA' button.
- Choose the number of items you wish to return or exchange in the Order Items section.
- In the Order Return Options section, choose the Reason and Method for the return or exchange.
- You may add any comments (including what you would like to exchange the item for, if applicable), and then click 'Save RMA.'
- Once we process your request, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item.
