Shipping and Returns
Do you ship internationally?
  At this time, we only ship to locations in the United States.  But we have big dreams.....
How long will it take to receive my order?
  We want you to love your laundry, and we want to get it to you fast!  We try our best to process orders quickly (within two business days) and ship them out.  You can always check your account to see the status of your order.  Don’t forget - you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking information when your order has shipped.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.  If you choose to ship your package using First Class Mail or Priority Mail, you will receive an email with a delivery confirmation number.
How will my order be shipped and how much will shipping cost?
  Your package will be shipped via the USPS, and we have a variety of options from which you can choose depending on when your shirts need to get to you.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Just add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I never received my order, what should I do?
  Don’t worry – there are a few places you can check to get an update.  First, check your account "My Account" to see if your items have shipped.  The United States Postal Service is our primary carrier, and you can check to see if delivery has been confirmed. If you are still having problems, contact us.
What if I need to return my TShirt Laundry?
  Why would you ever want to do that?  Okay, we understand, and we want you to love your laundry!  If for some reason you need to return or exchange your items, you may do so within 30 days of the order shipment date. The process is simple:

  • Download a Return Form, and indicate why the item is being returned or exchanged. The item must be unwashed and unworn in order to receive a refund or store credit, as long as the purchased product was not noted as a clearance item.  All orders of clearance merchandise are final – no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

  • Include the form with the item you are returning or exchanging.  

  • If you would like a new item:
    You will be responsible for all shipping costs of non-defective merchandise. Exchanges will require a $6 shipping/restocking fee for non-defective merchandise.  There is a section on the Return Form where you can indicate your payment preference.

  • If you would like a credit:
    When your return is received, you will be issued a refund to your credit card or an email gift certificate (store credit) for the merchandise only.  The cost of shipping will not be refunded.

  • If a mistake was made:
    If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, or if the item is damaged, please email us at info@tshirtlaundry.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.  Our customer service reps will be ready to assist you and will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization number.  You will need to include that number on the Return Form.  We will refund your purchase as long as the returned item is in its original condition (unworn and unwashed).
